Shipment can be accelerated
Usually, choices for expedited shipment are available at checkout; they come with a price, are subject to inventory limits and conditions, etc...
On business days, orders for items in stock are normally sent the same day (subject to verification, call for more details). Please be aware that weekend orders placed after 1:00 PM ET on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Sorry, shipments to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping. Orders delivered to these addresses should allow extra time.

Tracking of order.
We will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as an order is out. You only need to click the link to access the carrier's website.
- Along with the tracking number, type the billing address or the order's email address. OR
- To get your order number in your order history, simply connect into your Softstow account using your email address and password. The Status & Tracking column will display the tracking number. You may get your order's tracking information by clicking on the link.
Delivery Requirements.
Most UPS shipments require a signature upon receipt. To accept the delivery and sign for it, someone must be present at the address. Packages cannot be picked up or diverted by UPS. Please get in touch with us if you need any more assistance to obtain your package.

Most things that are ordered through our website are eligible for free, expedited (1-3 Day) shipping. Certain Items are not included. When your order qualifies, you'll see notes on the pages of the eligible products and you'll also have a message in your shopping cart when you check out.
To qualify, orders must be over $49 and must ship to one of the *contiguous 48 U.S. states*. This deal does not apply to PO box addresses or delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. This discount is a perk of Softstow VIP and is available on all purchases made by VIP customers that meet the requirements. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, closeout sales, special offers, etc.
