Terms & Conditions
By placing an order, the buyer makes a purchase offer that is subject to these terms and conditions. If Softstow accepts the offer, it is accepted in the State of Ohio, and the buyer consents to the jurisdiction of the state's courts for the specific purpose of resolving any legal issues that may arise from this transaction.
The purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the sale as outlined below by opening or using a product they have purchased from Softstow. Within five days of delivery, send the item back to Softstow, unopened, if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the transaction. You will receive a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).
There is no implicit warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose made by Softstow, and none is mandated by law.
The buyer must make the ultimate judgement of whether an item is suitable for the use they have in mind; the seller has no duty in relation to this decision.
Softstow disclaims all liability for any incidental or consequential losses brought on by the purchase, use, or non-use of any equipment from us. The extent of Softstow's liability, if any, with respect to any purchased item shall not exceed the price paid for such item.

Softstow.com is solely meant to be a reference. Some item illustrations are provided simply for display and may not be accurate or part of the final cost of the item. Typographical or visual faults are not the responsibility of Softstow, and specifications are subject to change at any time.
The availability of every item offered for sale is contingent. On our website or catalog site, there are many things that come from different sources. As a result, Softstow is subject to changing currency exchange rates, necessitating sporadic price increases. Additionally, we might not be informed in advance when some domestic and foreign products are discontinued. If this holds true for your order, we reserve the right to either contact you for instructions before to delivery or to cancel it and send you a cancellation notice.
We make every attempt to deliver a website that is free of errors. However, we reserve the right to change the copy or pricing to reflect the actual current situation if there is a printing error.
Your receipt of an order confirmation from Softstow does not represent confirmation of our acceptance of your order or an offer to sell. Softstow maintains the right to refuse and cancel an order at any moment, as well as to supply less than the quantity requested.
We might occasionally run into a lack of some things. At certain situations, we retain the right to impose a limit on the number of orders for a specific item. In addition, if something like this happens, we'll let you know. Softstow reserves the right to impose limits on the amounts sold in each order, to each individual, or to each household.
