If Softstow accepts the offer, it is accepted in the State of Ohio, and the buyer consents to the jurisdiction of the state's courts for the specific purpose of resolving any legal issues that may arise from this transaction.
The purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the sale as outlined below by opening or using a product they have purchased from Softstow. Within five days of delivery, send the item back to Softstow, unopened, if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of the transaction. You will receive a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).
There is no implicit warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose made by Softstow, and none is mandated by law.
